Confused about RSS encoding
I am coding our xml file and I am confused when I look at others - some I see the first line as encoding="iso-8859-1"? others encoding="windows-1252"?
css validation
When I run my css file through the w3c validator it says it is valid css, but in dreamweaver mx I have a squiggly red line beneath the link to the css file saying that there are 4 errors in my external css file (netscape navigator).
